SolarSystem

An interactive browser-based Solar System simulation made with Three.js.

The simulation uses real Solar System data from NASA/JPL sources for the planets' basic physical and orbital parameters. You can click on planets to switch into planet view and inspect them more closely — with special attention to Earth as the most familiar reference point.

It runs directly in the browser and is designed to work on both desktop and mobile devices.

This project is still far from finished. Many details, visuals, controls and simulation features may change later. At this stage it is mainly an interactive technical / educational experiment.

Development note: GitHub Copilot and ChatGPT were used as coding and development assistants. The simulation design, direction, testing, corrections and final implementation decisions were made by me.
